Indy Women in Tech's Jessica Maginn Named to IBJ’s 20 in Their Twenties

Indy Women in Tech (IWiT) Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist Jessica Maginn has been named one of the Indianapolis Business Journal's (IBJ) "20 in their Twenties" for 2024.

IBJ’s 20 in their Twenties honors emerging leaders who are making an impact on their communities at the very start of their careers. Honorees are chosen by a committee that includes IBJ editors, IBJ Media staff, and previous 20 in their Twenties honorees.

As the Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist at IWiT, Jessica manages all aspects of marketing from inception to execution. She builds relationships with supporters, donors, sponsors, and volunteers and develops communication and marketing plans and social media content for the organization.

Beyond her role at IWiT, Jessica is active in philanthropy. She serves as a Big for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana and the Fundraising Chair for their Big Impact Group. She is a committee member for Dress for Success's newly established Success Circle and is a mentor to multiple women. She has volunteered with the Indiana Robotics State Championship, Indy.Code, Habitat for Humanity, Indy Sports Corp, JA Jobspark, TechPoint Foundation for Youth Xplore, and more.
